🚨 WALSH RANCH GETS $890 MILLION IN CONFIRMED FUNDING The Fort Worth City Council locked in the financing plan - bringing a UTA campus, H-E-B, a new bank HQ, and a potential corporate headquarters to the west side of Fort Worth.
💡 Kirstine's Take: This vote locked in the capital structure that lets Walsh Ranch build fire stations, parks, and major roads on its own timeline - not the city's. That's what separates master-planned communities that take off from ones that stall. The west side of Fort Worth is no longer just promising - it's funded.
